We had a great buying experience. Everyone was very friendly and had answers to our questions. My husband was ready to buy a Honda and as we went by Ford, I told him to turn into there. I spotted the KIA dealership, I suggested that we go there instead of Ford because I had already driven a Ford. He was sold on the KIA after the test drive. We love the car and will recommend KIA of Grand Island to anyone that asks. I only have one suggestion and that would be that you expand your dealership of Ford and KIA to Kearney. There is a rumor that Crossroads may be selling out to Midway which would give them a monopoly on the car sales here. I feel that is not a good situation for the car sales in town and many people are not happy with the experiences that they have had with them. That is the only suggeston that I have. Best Experience I have every had with buying a used car
I have been searching for about a month for the kind of car I was wanting to be my next car and I found it on Anderson Mazda's website. I worked with Buddy on the sale and Adam on the Financing.
Buddy was up front with everything about the car - what was fixed and what was not on the car. We went over it, head to toe. I went over the carfax and all maintenance and repairs on the car had since they had acquired it. I worked with Adam on the financing. When we went over financing and I told them my requirements of what I was willing to settle for my monthly payments and what had to be met for me to commit to purchase the car. They both worked to get me the best deal possible. They came through for me better than I could have even expected. They found me the best deal and got my payments even lower than the bottom line that I was expecting. I love my new Pontiac Vibe. They were just the best!! Thanks so much for all your hard work, kindness, and professionalism to get me into the car I was wanting.
One thing I experienced from them that I honestly have not seen at other dealerships was the fact they were not there just to make them the sale.
I was there interested in a particular type of car. I had certain requirements that had to be met and I found all of them in the Vibe. They did not try to push me into a sale, nor did they try to push me into looking at something I had no interest in looking at or push me into a different purchase. I have gotten that a lot from other salesman that are just to trying to get a bigger sale and not at all interested in what I really want or need.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. Buddy is your guy!!!
